Welcome—I’m Bonnie Phelps!
I’m the Deaconess at Emmanuel Evangelical Lutheran Church of Stony Creek, a retired educator with a heart for service, and a lifelong learner devoted to faith, family, and community.
With a background in Human Development and Early Childhood Education (BA) and a Master’s in Educational Leadership, I spent years teaching and mentoring in Anne Arundel County Public Schools. Now, I continue to serve in ministry, walking alongside others in faith and compassion. I’m also a proud wife and mother of two wonderful adult children—my greatest blessings.
I hope to share with you reflections on faith, education, service, and life’s everyday grace.
