The Office Helpers staff the Church Office when the secretary is not available.
Activities: Office Helpers fill in for the secretary on Fridays and at other times when the secretary is on vacation or sick. Office Helpers perform administrative duties like answering the phone, reading Emails, folding bulletins, and preparing the hymn board and children’s activity bags for the Sunday service.
Meetings: There are no scheduled meetings for the Office Helpers and training/instruction is provided as needed.
Volunteers: Office Helpers are needed to assure that our Church office is adequately staffed and responsive to our congregation and community. Helping out the church is rewarding and always appreciated.
